A Shower Door That Virtually Disappears…Almost

Uber-cool German manufacturer Duravit has done it again. This time the company partnered with Vienna-based design firm EOOS to develop OpenSpace, a shower enclosure that folds away to take up less space. Designed for small bathrooms in urban environments, the system consists of two chrome-framed self-locking glass doors that can simply be folded to cover up the tap fittings and shower hose. As a result, the bathroom appears much larger. It’s available in a variety of sizes. www.duravit.com.
