Or maybe you just landed the dream job and you want to celebrate by upgrading your home office and ditching the IKEA work station for something lithe and stylish–something like the CH100 office desk. Designed in 1970 by the prolific Dane Hans J. Wegner, the desk has been re-launched by Carl Hansen & Søn. Measuring 74.8 inches long, the luxurious product is made with an oak or walnut top, polished stainless steel legs, and features dovetail drawers.  It’s available in oiled or lacquered finishes. Gorgeous though it may be, the CH100 has a price tag of—wait for it—$12,685 to $14,460.
