Simple handles (seen on cabinets or appliances) are frequently used to convey a certain high-end look, which is why you often see them on Sub-Zero refrigerators and other European brands. Many places offer them—some for a lot, some for a little. We found two examples here. The approximately 4½-inch-pull from Target is made from stainless steel and costs $22.99 for a four-pack. On the other hand, you can find a cheaper version from the old standby, Ikea. Available in a variety of lengths, the 6½-inch Lansa handles are also made from stainless steel, but they cost $6.99 for two. www.target.com and www.ikea.com.
